Topeka-Hosted, Kansas-Wide

Kansas web hosting, with the takeover door always open.

Three tiers from $49 to $149 a month, hosted on our own self-managed infrastructure. Already have a site? We move it to our stack in under seven days, including DNS migration.

Two ways to start

Whether you need a new site or want to move an existing one, the same tier menu and the same Topeka phone number.

New site build + hosting

You need a new website. We build it on our stack, host it on our infrastructure, and keep it running. Build prices start at $299. Hosting starts at $49 a month.

Takeover hosting for an existing site

Your site works. Your hosting does not. Bring it over. We migrate, host, and operate it on the same tier menu. Most takeovers complete in under seven days, including DNS migration.

Three tiers, posted prices

No quote runaround. Pick a tier, start a month, change tiers if the fit shifts. Annual prepay 5% off.

Hosted on our own Dokploy infrastructure

We host on self-managed Dokploy infrastructure. Not on resold Render, Vercel, or WP Engine. Not on a managed third-party. We own the hardware, we set the rates, and your data stays on our servers.

That choice is the reason hosting tiers can stay where they are. There is no middleman marking up your monthly bill. The Cloudflare tunnel handles edge caching and DDoS without adding to the per-client cost.

Per the 2026 Midwest competitive review, only one other regional shop in our research set markets self-hosted infrastructure. Most agencies resell, which means a portion of every monthly hosting fee leaves the local economy. We keep the chain short.

Same security posture as a managed provider, plus a Topeka phone number when something looks off. Backed by a Certificate in Cyber Security with AI focus on every engagement.

How takeover works in 7 days

Most migrations finish in under a week. Each step is named, scheduled, and posted up front.

Day 0

Free takeover audit

We pull your current host, current configuration, and current dependencies. Identify migration risks. No charge, no obligation.

Day 1

DNS plan

We schedule the cutover for off-peak hours. You get the cutover window in writing before we start.

Days 2 to 4

Content migration

We mirror your site to our staging environment. Verify every page renders, every form posts, every redirect works.

Day 5

Security scan

Routine vulnerability sweep. We flag anything pre-existing so you know what came across with the site.

Day 6

Cutover and go-live

DNS switches at the agreed window. We monitor for the first hour and keep the old host warm in case rollback is needed.

Day 7+

Post-migration support

First seven days of edits and tweaks at no cost. SSL, redirects, anything that surfaced after the cut.

Proof, in numbers

Computer Store KS, a Topeka shop, runs on the same managed infrastructure as every other RWS hosting client. The 600% lift in users after their redesign happened on this stack. See the full case study.

Hosting is the foundation. Add the Kansas Local Business System when you are ready to turn the site into a customer engine. Already running Local SEO with us? Hosting is the natural extension. Both stay under one monthly invoice.

Common hosting questions

Do I have to transfer my domain registrar?

No. We change the DNS nameservers (or specific records) at your existing registrar. Your domain stays with you, in your account, on your bill. The only change is where the site lives.

How much downtime should I expect?

For most takeovers, zero noticeable downtime. We mirror your site to staging first, verify everything works, then switch DNS at the agreed window. DNS propagation takes 24 to 48 hours, but the new and old hosts both serve the site during that window.

Can you host my WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify site?

WordPress, yes. Webflow exports to clean HTML and runs fine on our stack. Shopify is hosted by Shopify and not portable in the same way; we host the marketing site that lives next to a Shopify store, not the store itself. Same answer for Squarespace.

What is included in monthly maintenance?

Dependency and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, monthly backups (Standard and Premium), security monitoring (Standard and Premium), and content update hours (0.5 hr Basic, 1 hr Standard, 2 hrs Premium). Anything beyond the included hours is billed at our hourly rate.

What if I want to leave?

You own your site, your domain, and your data. Thirty days written notice. We export the site files, the database, and any associated assets. You take them to whichever host you prefer. No exit fees.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Month to month, invoiced on the first of each month, payment due in fifteen days. Annual prepay is 5% off if you want it, but it is opt-in.

Basic versus Premium, who picks what?

Basic if your site is content-rare and you handle your own occasional updates. Premium if you want monthly performance reports, priority support, and two hours of content updates. Standard is the middle ground for most clients.
